You can not get those awesome in-game items any other way. I use them myself on a couple of my toons. Also comes with a Statesman HeroClix figure. After the 30 Days free with the game, you will need to use a Credit Card/Debit Card or a Game Time Card in order to keep playing. Requires an Internet Connection to play.
